The Worst Class Trip Ever

The class is set to visit the National Zoo in the morning, and they will take a tour of the US Capitol after lunch. Wyatt, Suzana, Matt, and Victor decide to leave the group at that point and go to the Ellipse, where the kite festival is taking place. The four of them successfully get away from the rest of the class in the Capitol and are about to leave in a taxi when Mr. Barto stops them.
